What is the definition of health?
Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
Health focuses on the physical and mental body being free from injury or disease. So health is a goal that you pursue to achieve it. For example, losing weight or strengthening your heart through cardiovascular exercise are goals to achieve.

How to maintain your health:
1/control your diet, Food plays a fundamental role in well-being and health
2/Practice regular physical activity
3/Drink more water
4/sleep better
5/Take time to relax
6/Avoid tobacco.
