Mental health

Mental health is a basic human right. It is critical to personal, community and socio-economic development.
Mental health is not limited to the absence of mental disorders. It is part of a complex continuum, which varies from person to person, is characterized by varying degrees of difficulty and distress, and with potentially very different social and clinical outcomes.
How i do to maintain my mental health?
Get enough sleep:
Sleep is really important for our physical and mental health. Sleep helps regulate the chemicals in the brain that transmit information. These chemicals are important in managing our moods and emotions. If we don't get enough sleep, depression or anxiety can take over.
Eat healthy:
Eating healthy is not only important for our bodies, but also for our minds. Certain mineral deficiencies, such as iron and vitamin B12 deficiencies, can lead to bad moods. Try to follow a balanced and healthy diet. If you notice that you are a particularly stressed or anxious person, you should try to limit your caffeine intake or eliminate it altogether, as this can make you feel more stressed and anxious.
Avoid smoking:
Not only does smoking affect your health physically, but it also causes some effects that affect your mental health. With a lot of smoking cigarettes, your body and mind, during the period between one cigarette and another, goes into a state of withdrawal, which makes you nervous and anxious.
Get plenty of sunlight:
Snnlight is a great source of Vitamin D. Vitamin D is a really important vitamin for our bodies and brains. It helps our brains release chemicals that improve our mood, such as endorphins and serotonin. Try to get out in the sun when you can, but be sure to keep your skin and eyes safe
