The focus group are communication spaces that allow us to observe interactions of memories of representations so we can say that the focus group is an open and organized group discussion with the aim of understanding social phenomena.

the essential principle is that the researcher explicitly uses the interaction between the participants both as a means of collecting data and as a point of focus in the analysis.

so we can say that the focus group becomes a sociological method in which we can use it as researchers, so in what historical context does the use of focus group situate ?

The Focus Group can be seen as a tool of creativity as in the field of marketing. It has a decisive role in the user analysis and research phase because it allows the initiation of the design of a product, service, offer or concept.
